Happy Birthday Greg!

Today is my brother Greg's birthday!!! Hard to believe he is 26, getting to be an old man! Here are 2 pictures of my favorite story of Greg and Trevor. When we lived at his house, him and Trevor got into some markers and Trevor loved it!!! AND did not know any better but Greg did!

Naked

Is it normal for a 4 year old to run around naked only wearing slippers??? Last night Trevor took a bath and after he got out he put only his slippers on......he spent the rest of the night playing like normal only naked. The following pictures I took when he was digging through his toy box! The first 2 pictures he had no clue and then he found out and of course smiled big!!

Graduation

This past weekend my future sister-in-law graduated from SDSU.......Congratulations Kelsi!! Here are a few pictures from the event!

Naps

Trevor is at that age where he does not want to take naps but the fact of the matter is: he needs them most days! He does not like going to daycare because he has to lay down for rest time and most days falls asleep. Well on the weekend we no longer push for him to have a nap, we just send him to bed earlier! Well last Sunday he did not take a nap but was VERY crabby by late afternoon, we had him go to his room to watch tv at 6pm and by 6:15pm he was fast asleep!

Isn't it just funny how they think they know everything!!

Mother's Day

Mother's Day started for me on Friday when I was invited to a program at Trevor's school called Muffins for Mom's. All the mom's were invited into a room where the kids entered later with a bouquet of tissue paper flowers for each mom. Trevor handed me mine with a kiss on the cheek saying "Happy Mother's Day Mommy". Then we watched as the kids sang us 4 song's about mom's and ended the cute program with muffins and juice. Trevor did great, I was so proud of him!!

Just when I thought the program was over I was wrong, before we left each kid had a present for there mom, want to see it??

Then Sunday was also a great day, I got to hang out with my little dudes the whole day!!!

Big Boy

Our little boy is growing up sooo fast. He now loves to sit in his saucer and look out the front door, a couple of weeks ago Jon and Trevor went outside to scoop snow and Carter just had the best time watching them out the window!

Christmas Part 2

Well because the weather did not cooperate very well with us this year, we left for Hendricks on Wednesday and stayed there until Saturday morning while the storm blew over. We where able to make it to Ivanhoe a couple of times in those days so it was nice to at least be able to have 3 our of the 6 family get togethers that we where suspost to have. I took lots of pictures this year because what else is there to do when you are snowed in! I will post some of my favorites. Thanks to all friends and family that we where able to see!

Christmas 2009 Part 1

So last night I spent a long time on the phone with DELL support because my laptop was taking a crap on me so I did not have time to go through Christmas photos to get them ready for my blog. In the mean time I did however want to share my favorite photo of the whole weekend. Each and everytime I look at this photo I just start LAUGHING!

Kelsi and Jon where playing Wii and Carter was just sitting there smiling at her.....how cute!


Then I went in for a close-up and the little peanut was still smiling!

My computer works so amazing right now, I should be able to get the other pictures tomorrow night.

Sweet Adorable Boys

Christmas is now over and it feels like a let down because you look forward to it for so long and it keeps building and now its over. To make things that much harder the weather did not coperate this year and we only made it to 3 family christmas get togethers instead of 6. Last night before the boys went to bed I took some pictures of them in their new matching pj's that they got from auntie Jenny. Thank you auntie Jenny!!

Guess what?? Guess what??

Everybody guess what??? Santa came to our house last night! I have NEVER seen a 4 year old get so excited about Santa coming and brining presents! It started at 6am this morning when I heard "OMG, OMG I can not believe it" so I go into his room to see what the deal is and here Santa left a gift for Trevor next to his bed!

Then Trevor came out into the living room and saw the couch also had presents on it and he was even more excited! We just figured that it would be a good idea to have Christmas at our house today since Jon and I do not have to work until next Tuesday and after Wednesday the crazyness starts! This way it will give him time to enjoy the few things we gave him. He is even more excited about the upcoming days!

Note the picture with the clothes: he opened the present and threw the clothes as fast as he could and went right to the next one! LOL

Christmas

Well my last post was in November (almost 2 months ago) and it is now almost Christmas and that is bad news if you ask me. So in the past 2 months here are a few of my favorite fun photos that I took of the boys! More posts to come!
